The question the jury had to ask themselves was
'Did Gary Bolton believe the GT200 worked?'
This is not the question they answered.
The prosecution case collapsed with the UK military and all other subsequent prosecution witnesses saying the GT200 worked.
If they all said it worked, then why couldn't Gary?
